TENNIS, BASKETBALL, SOCCER - SUMMER CAMPS IN RICHMOND HILL
From 930-12 and 1-330, our camp specializes in tennis and basketball and also add on some optional recreational soccer or low organization fitness games.
Older participants (10 -15 year olds) can choose to do basketball or tennis in the morning and basketball or soccer in the afternoon. Younger groups (5-9 year olds) will do all 3 sports. We can accommodate any younger participants aged 9 who prefer to specialize in basketball or tennis.
LOCATION
Richmond Hill indoor gymnasium, outdoor tennis and soccer
DROP OFF/PICK UP
When younger students are dropped off please bring them right into the gymnasium. Older students may enter on their own. Use whatever method you feel comfortable with. For pick up we ask parents of younger children to come into the gymnasium and pick up their children. Older students may wait outside with parent approval. We do not need anything in writing in that regard. If however there are specific instructions in terms of who can and can not pick up your children, checking ID etc., please let us know in writing. If a student tells us that they are leaving with their parent or other person who is at the door etc. then we will take their word for it.

Our camp philosophy is based on safe sports participation. We teach the same skills every week. However the priority is to learn skills through playing the actual sports with games and modified games/drills. Skills are taught in tennis and basketball. The younger participants will retain little of the skills , the older ones will retain more. Our camp stresses participation in the sports activities. Soccer involves games only. Fitness related low organization games will also be used minimally. | ||
